Wanted for fraud, alleged mafia kingpin, Radovan Krejcir hands himself over to the police. His lawyers apply to both Bheki Cele and Gauteng police commissioner, Mzwandile Petros to cancel the arrest warrant. Instead of the warrant and handcuffs, they want him summonsed to court. Last year extradiction hearings were reopened after an unsuccessful request from the Czech Republic was made in 2008. After fleeing from the Czech Republic and arriving in South Africa, Krejcir has been surrounded by the the local underworld. He claims that people are simply drawn to his money.
